Early Wellness Group is Currently Looking to Hire Michigan Licensed Clinical Social Workers

to join our expanding outpatient youth and family mental health practice in Grosse Pointe, MI and Royal Oak, MI. While our team members work with a variety of clients including children, teens, adults, families, and couples - our group is in need of social workers committed to the growth and wellbeing of young clients. As we work to meet the high and continually increasing demand for child therapy services, we guarantee a welcoming, relatable, and enjoyable environment for our team. 

We are currently offering hybrid & onsite contractual positions

EARLY WELLNESS GROUP -
PRACTICE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regular and reliable referrals

  • Fair & competitive pay

  • Clinical supervision for LLMSW & case consultations for LMSW

  • Modern furnished office space

  • Text/call program, client portal, scheduling system, & HIPPA compliant telehealth platform provided

  • Biweekly team meetings

  • Professional development, continuing education, and training opportunities

THERAPIST -
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide professional, knowledgable, and evidence-based therapeutic services

  • Willingness to coordinate care based on client need (ex: medical professionals, educational staff, etc.)

  • Timely communication with clients and team members

  • Attentive to clinical documentation and practice related forms

  • Minimum of 15 client hours/week

Requirements

  • Bachelor's & Master’s (MSW) degrees

  • Michigan Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LLMSW or LMSW)

  • Interest & commitment to youth/family mental health services

  • Possess clinical, theoretical, assessment based, and intuitive skills

  • Ability to balance professionalism and authenticity

  • Capable of working independently within a collaborative team environment
