Kylie Capps (Gojanaj), LMSW
LMSW, CTP-C: FOUNDER & PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Kylie specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults processing grief, anxiety, and trauma.
As a child, Kylie was raised in Grosse Pointe by her father, a PhD psychologist, and her mother, a Master's level Clinical Social Worker. Together they guided Kylie on a path encouraging wellness, mental health advocacy, and a variety of healing practices. As she grew older, she discovered her own passion for these services.
Kylie earned her master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. With a practice area in mental health, she specialized in child, adolescent, and adult grief and loss therapy. Prior to her MSW, Kylie earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Michigan - Dearborn. Kylie has further achieved certifications and trainings as an EMDR clinician and clinical trauma and resilience practitioner.

Megan Curts, LLMSW

Megan specializes in supporting families and couples working to establish healthy relationships.
After working with Early Wellness Group for several years, Megan transitioned to a full-time therapist position. Although she works with a variety of clients and circumstances, Megan has a distinct passion for supporting couples and families - offering both psychotherapeutic sessions and marriage preparation sessions. Her passion for this specialty grew as she witnessed families gaining the ability to thrive through a guided understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, and unique dynamic.
Megan earned her master's degree in clinical social work, with a concentration in mental health, from Madonna University. Before her MSW, Megan earned her bachelor's degree in education from the University of Dayton. She has further achieved training in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

Hayley specializes in supporting individuals through disenfranchised grief, and trauma.
Hayley grew up with a natural curiosity for people and felt driven to understand others from a young age. Her love for psychology began early, and led her toward a passionate path in mental health services. While working with a variety of clients, Hayley's passion lies in exploring childhood roots in present day concerns.
Hayley earned her master's degree in social work from Wayne State University, with a concentration in psychodynamic therapy. Before graduate school, Hayley earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Central Michigan University. She has further achieved training in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

Caroline Hopper, LLMSW

Caroline specializes in supporting clients experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. She enjoys working with people of all ages, as she has experience with clients from the age 4 through 84.
From the time she was 11 years old, Caroline had an interest in and curiosity for the field of mental health. She noticed the stigma surrounding mental health and from this young age felt it was her calling to advocate for the benefits. Now, after years in higher education, she serves as both an advocate and a therapist.
Caroline earned her master’s degree in clinical social work, with a concentration in mental health, from Wayne State University. Prior to her MSW, she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grand Valley State University. Caroline has further achieved training in children’s mental health, intellectual disabilities, and autism research.

Haleigh Jaffe, LLMSW
LLMSW: PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Haleigh specializes in working with children, teens, and adults with anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, and trauma. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Haleigh also has a passion for supporting queer-identified individuals.
Since she was young, Haleigh has had a desire to connect with and support others in mental and emotional healing. However, it was in her college years that she pivoted her career path to match her interests. Her experience working with students facing individual and group challenges encouraged her to return to school for her MSW.
Haleigh earned her master’s degree in clinical social work, with a concentration in mental health, from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. Before graduate school, she earned her a bachelor’s degree in both Film and Spanish. Haleigh has further achieved post-graduate training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR).

Anna Ludvigsen
INTAKE COORDINATOR
Anna‘s passion for mental health and psychology began during her time volunteering in the hospital setting, where she realized the importance of mental health in growth, recovery, and wellness. After her time with the hospital, Anna gained experience working with children and teens in a variety of capacities, serving youth from the ages and stages of preschool through college. Her experience has included providing support to students and education in counseling psychology.
Anna completed her bachelor's degree in psychology at The Ohio State University, and is in the process of earning her master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University. She plans to follow through with a career as a professional mental health counselor.
Kamryn Casey
EWG INTERN
Kamryn has had a life-long interest in the well-being of youth, and has worked with children ages 3 months to 14 years old in a variety of educational and health related roles. She is passionate about the mental and emotional health of young people, as well as the ways in which parents can be supported through their child's wellness journey.
Kamryn is currently in the process of completing her bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Michigan - Dearborn. Upon completion of her BA, she plans to further her education and specialty with an ABA certificate and master's degree in Behavior Analysis.
