Office:
We incorporate a wide range of healing modalities, activities, and resources in order to best help each individual and/or family:
Most of our younger clients prefer to meet in-person as our space is specifically curated to help young clients feel comfortable. However, in-person or virtual sessions are an option for clients of all ages.
Virtual teletherapy involves the use of a HIPAA compliant server to deliver mental health services. Through this practice, the psychotherapist and client communicate through live video conferencing. Many of the same in-person psychotherapy techniques, activities, and therapeutic approaches are used with this modality.
Early Wellness Group offers individual therapy for children, teens, adults, families, and couples.

At Early Wellness Group we provide all documentation necessary to submit for insurance reimbursement for out of network benefits. Insurance reimbursement rates and out of pocket costs after reimbursement vary. Most insurance companies/plans will reimburse 50-80% of therapy costs after your deductible is met. You can find this information by contacting your insurance company and asking about out-of-network coverage for out-patient mental health services.
We accept cash, check, or credit card, and also gladly accept HSA (Health Savings Account) payments.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE Information:Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
